Nanawagan ang kampo ng aktor na si Vic Sotto sa publiko partikular sa mga nag-share ng movie trailer ng pelikulang The Rapist of Pepsi Paloma.

Sa nasabing trailer ay sinasabing ni-rape ni Sotto si Pepsi Paloma o Delia Duen̈as Smith sa totoong buhay.

Paliwanag ng abugado ni Sotto na si Atty. Buko dela Cruz, naglabas na ng desisyon ang Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court branch 205 na pumapabor sa isinampa nilang writ of habeas data.

Sa nasabing desisyon umano ay inatasan ng korte ang nagpapakalat ng nasabing movie trailer kabilang ang nag-share nito sa social media.

Dahil dito ay dapat na umanong maalis ang nasabing trailer habang dinidinig ang kaso hinggil dito.
