Mahigit 40,000 pulis, nakakalat ngayong Semana Santa

Tinatayang aabot sa 40,283 na mga pulis ang ipinakalat ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ngayong Semana Santa.

Ayon kay Police Regional Office 3 Director at Concurrent PNP Spokesperson, Police Brigadier General Jean Fajardo, partikular na nakakalat ang mga pulis sa mga transportation hub, mga pangunahing lansangan, tourist spots at mga simbahan.

Sinabi ni Fajardo, na sapat na bilang ng mga pulis ang ipinakalat sa mga nabanggit na lugar upang matiyak ang seguridad at kaayusan sa okasyong ito.

Nabatid na Abril 1, 2025 pa nakataas ang heightened alert status sa buong PNP, na nangangahulugang 75 percent ng kanilang puwersa ang nakatutok dito.

Wala na ring pinayagang mag-leave maliban na lamang kung emergency ang dahilan.
