The 7-foot-3 Sotto is coming off a lengthy layoff due to his ACL injury and returns to national team duty along with Perez and Thompson, who both missed the July window also due to various injuries.
Joining them are holdovers from the July window led by June Mar Fajardo, Dwight Ramos, Chris Newsome, Juan Gomez De Liaño, AJ Edu, Troy Rosario, Kevin Quiambao, Justine Baltazar and Carl Tamayo.
Missing the cut from the 15-man Gilas Asiad pool are RJ Abarrientos and Justin Arana.

The Philippines is facing a precarious situation in its bid for a World Cup spot as it holds a dismal 2-4 win-loss slate in Group E.
The nationals will face Jordan on Friday, August 28 at 8:30 p.m., before taking on Iran on Sunday, August 30 at 8 p.m., both at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
