Nag-deploy ang Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) ng 10 K9-Explosive Ordnance Disposal teams at 300 security personnel sa Metro Manila para sa seguridad ng State of the Nation Address ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. sa Batasang Pambansa sa Quezon City.
Tumulong ang mga K9-EOD team sa Presidential Security Command sa pagsasagawa ng explosive detection at security inspection sa paligid ng venue.
Ayon kay PCG Spokesperson Commodore Noemie Cayabyab, inilagay sa mga estratehikong lugar ang mga tauhan upang suportahan ang interagency security at public safety operations.
Pinangangasiwaan din ng K9-EOD teams ang Under Vehicle Inspection System sa North at South Gates ng House of Representatives upang masuri ang mga sasakyang pumapasok sa lugar.
