Sa loob ng 10 linggo, nananatili pa rin sa zero ang overdue regulatory applications sa Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).
Ayon sa DHSUD, mula noong Hunyo, lahat ng aplikasyon sa 17 Regional Offices at sa Housing and Real Estate Development Regulations Bureau ay naaksyunan sa itinakdang panahon.
Kasabay nito, naglabas ang DHSUD ng mga circular para higit na mapabilis ang proseso habang tinitiyak pa rin ang pagsunod sa mga regulasyon at proteksyon ng mga stakeholder, partikular ng mga homebuyer.
“By strengthening our policies, we further streamline the regulatory processes. However, faster processing does not mean weaker regulation. We remain committed to balancing the interest of all stakeholders, including protection of homebuyers,” ani Secretary Aliling.
Target ng DHSUD na higit pang mapabilis ang paghahatid ng serbisyo para mas maraming pamilyang Pilipino ang magkaroon ng ligtas, disente at abot-kayang tahanan.
