Pinarangalan ngayong hapon ang limang awardee ng Presidential Filipinnovation Awards National Competition, na sinaksihan mismo ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
Ang limang imbensyon na kinilala ngayong hapon, September 3, ay mula sa 16 na nominees na nakapag-develop ng mga homegrown solutions na tutugon sa mga hamon sa iba’t ibang larangan, tulad ng Learning at Education, Health & well-being, Food and Agribusness, Finance.
Gayundin sa Manufacturing & Trade, Public Administration, Transportation and Logistics, Energy, at Blue Economy and Water.
Ang mga nanalo ay:
- Compact Easy to Operate & Economical Biodiesel Reactor for Benteng Diesel, Capistrano Research and Development on Biotechnology
- Philippine Native Chicken helping Industry through Scientific Innovations, Golden Sprout Corporation
- Saltric Marissa Turbine: Turning Rivers into 24/7 Power for Off-Grid Filipino Communities, PDG Engineering Services
- Gasification Process for Waste Disposal: Advance Waste Solution, Vic Metal Fabrication and Environmental Services, Inc.
- OstreaVent2 A Prototype Ventilator for Mechanically Ventilated Adult Patients, Breath of Life Foundation, Inc.
Ang limang tinanghal na 2026 Presidential Filipinnovation Awardees at makatatanggap ng ₱3.5 million cash grant, at post-competition support.
Makakatulong ito sa pagpapalago at pagpasok sa merkadao ng kanilang inobasyon.
Kinabibilangan ito ng training at mentoring, oportunidad para makasali sa local and international platforms, koneksyon sa potensyal invertors, kliyente, at business partners.
Habang ang 11 finalist naman, makakatanggap din ng casha grant na nagkakahalaga ng ₱250,000 upang suportahan ang pagapapatuloy ng development ng kanilang innovation, research and development, prototyping, field testing, at system upgrades.
