Nilinaw ni PAGASA Administrator Nathaniel Servando na bagamat mararanasan ang malamig na simoy ng hangin dulot ng amihan, mas magiging mataas kaysa sa normal ang temperatura sa mga susunod na buwan dahil sa rurok ng very strong na El Niño ngayong Nobyembre.
Ipinaliwanag ni Servando na bagamat may mga araw na malamig lalo na sa umaga sa huling dalawang buwan ng taon, hindi ito magiging tuloy-tuloy.
“So we can experience cool wind flows in the coming last two months of the year but it doesn’t mean that we will not experience cool winds especially in the early morning,” wika ni Servando.
Kaya naman asahan na ang hindi kalamigang Pasko pagsapit ng mga buwan mula Nobyembre hanggang Enero.
“Although, relatively, compared to the average temperature for the season, November-December-January, we expect that it will be warmer. There will be days that will be cool but not sustained,” dagdag ni Servando.
